A connected source is any database, warehouse, file store, or API endpoint that you have added to your Nava Labs workspace. Each distinct connection counts as one source regardless of how many tables or endpoints it exposes. A PostgreSQL cluster with 50 tables is one source. A Snowflake account with three databases is one source.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you have more connected sources than your new plan allows, you will be prompted to deactivate some before the cycle turns.

Nava Labs does not store raw data from your connected sources. Query results are cached temporarily (configurable TTL from 0 to 24 hours) to improve performance for repeated queries. Schema metadata is stored to power drift detection. Credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged.

We are in early access, and approved teams get full Team plan access for 30 days at no charge. After the trial you can continue on the Developer free plan or subscribe to Team. We will send a reminder 7 days before your trial ends so there are no surprises.

Developer plan users have access to community forums and documentation. Team plan users get priority email support with a 1 business day response SLA. Scale plan users are assigned a dedicated customer success manager and get a shared Slack channel with the Nava Labs engineering team.
